Workout & Diet Plan Month One

This is an update following up on the workout and diet plan post. 
I did about 3 days of workouts.

I ate a lot of junk food. I wanted to stay away from them but every day at break time I would buy a snack.Such a fail. 🙈😩

I had 8oz of Sprite and about 350ml of Ginger Ale. I think I did pretty good therewith not having much soda. It’s mainly water and ice tea.

Obviously my measurements are still the same.

I realized that I need to do weight training. I actually like cardio but weight training in the way for me to go.
