Beet Salad

When my mother does beets, she likes to eat them plain. I don’t. I prefer how she did them before.


  1. Knife
  2. Cutting board
  3. Spoon
  4. Bowl


  1. Beets
  2. Vinegar
  3. Brown Sugar


  • Boil the beets until soft
  • Take off the peel
  • Dice the beets
  • Put the diced beets in a bowl and add a little bit of vinegar. (Maybe a few tea spoons depending on the amount if diced beets)
  • Add a few teaspoons of sugar and stir it making sure it dissolves.

That’s it. Some people might add corn to the mix.
