I still haven’t been happy with how I want to exercise but I still dont exercise.
Time to change it up.
The 100 Days of yoga. I will do this Monday – Friday only. Skipping yoga on bank holidays and weekends. If I miss a week straight I have to start over.
Keep up with the workouts. This I need to realllllllly work on. If I miss any days then I have to catch up.
Try harder with my hair and my appearance. It means pampering myself on Sundays( hair, nails, face and dark skin) and trying to keep my hair healthy.
