May Goals!!

The reason I am doing attempting the workouts in this way is to be ready for summer. Started with cardio to get used to working out, then progressed to arms, thighs and waist. This month is squats. We need to firm and lift those bums and hope for the best. I only completed 1 full day of exercises in may but I did do exercises almost everyday.
