This months goal is all about the thighs. I haven’t completed the arm challenge and only got to day 8 so hopefully I get further each time I do a new challenge. I will leave a link to this picture on pinterest because the quality really sucks.It shows up way better on pinterest than it does right now.The good thing is that it shows you how to do the exercise at the bottom of the picture.
Let’s see how far we can get with this.
