The great thing about having a monthly goal, is that even if you didn’t complete the goal for the last month you can start a new one.It’s unfortunate I didn’t finish the other 5 workouts to at least complete 6 days in January. I’m rather lazy unfortunately. This month is the 30 Day Arm Challenge.I wonderfully have spaghetti arms so maybe a bit of muscle and toning comes from this?
