January Goals!!

So I decided on visiting the Pinterest website and came across this cardio exercise picture. I’m starting the year off with cardio just to try to stick to a routine and have my body get used to workouts.There will be no rest days  seeing as it’s so little exercise. I will be doing 1 workout a day. So far I’ve started off horribly and have to try to do all the workouts by the 6th,then start doing them one a day.cardio
